Building water supply system
Hot and cold water supply: The good heat resistance of PP-R pipes allows them to be safely used in hot water systems. For example, in residential homes, they are used for transporting hot water to bathrooms and kitchens, capable of withstanding certain temperatures (long-term use temperature can reach around 70°C), meeting daily washing and cooking needs.
Hot water demand.
Direct drinking water system: Its sanitary performance is good, with high chemical stability and no pollution to water quality, making it widely used in direct drinking water transport pipelines. In some high-end communities or places with high water quality requirements, PP-R pipes can ensure the purity and safety of drinking water.
Heating system
Floor heating: PP-R pipes have a lower thermal conductivity and good insulation performance, making them suitable for the installation of coils in floor heating systems. Heat can be effectively retained in the pipes and released slowly, allowing the indoor floor temperature to rise evenly, providing a comfortable heating environment.
Radiator connection: The pipes connecting the radiator use PP-R pipes, which can effectively reduce heat loss during transmission, are corrosion-resistant, have a long service life, and can adapt to different heating media.
Industrial pipeline system (transporting chemical media)
Acid and alkali solution transport (low concentration): For some less corrosive acid and alkali solutions, within a certain concentration range, PP-R pipes can withstand them. For example, in some small electroplating factories, they are used to transport pre-treatment liquids for electroplating (such as low concentration pickling solutions).
Chemical reagent transport (mild type): In laboratories or small chemical workshops, for some relatively mild chemical reagents, PP-R pipes can serve as transport pipelines. For transporting some organic reagents with high purity requirements, PP-R pipes can prevent contamination of the reagents by the pipes.
